Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry is a core scientific journal in China. It was awarded the Prize of First National Excellent Periodical Publication of China in 1999, and Special Prize of the Excellent Periodical Publication for Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2000, and the Prize of Third Excellent Periodical Publication of China Association for Science and Technology in 2002, and the Prize of Second National Excellent Periodical Publication of China in 2003. The Contents of the journal have been indexed and cited in more than 30 abstract or index publications and databases, such as Science Citation Index-Expanded (SCIE,USA), Chemical Abstracts (CA,USA), Current Bibliography on Science and Technology (Japan) and P ž (Russia) etc. Since 1994 the impact factors and the cited numbers of the journal were in the first rank in Chinese scientific journals from Chinese Journal Citation Report (CJCR), and the impact factors and the cited numbers of the journal in 1999 & 2000 ranked all the first in Chinese chemical journals, and the impact factor and the cited number of the journal in 2001 ranked the third and the second in Chinese chemical journals, respectively.

The scope of the Chinese Journal of Catalysis includes:

• New trends in heterogeneous and homogeneous catalysis in relation to energy, environment, petroleum chemicals and fine chemicals;
• Scientific bases for the preparation and activation of catalysts of commercial interest or that are representative models;
• Scientific methods for the characterization of heterogeneous catalysts, especially methods for in situ characterization;
• New heterogeneous and homogeneous catalytic reactions of potential practical interest in environment, energy, and fine chemicals applications;
• Relationship between homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis;
• Theoretical studies on the structure and reactivity of catalysts.

The journal also accepts contributions dealing with other issues related to catalysis, such as photo-catalysis, bio-catalysis, surface science and chemical kinetics.

The journal is abstracted and indexed by many databases, including Chemical Abstracts(USA), Science Citation Index-Expanded (USA), Chemistry Citation Index (USA), CurrentContents/Engineering, Computing and Technology (USA), Catalysts and Catalysed Reactions(UK), Methods in Organic Synthesis (UK), Natural Product Updates (UK), Cambridge Scientific Abstracts (USA), Japan Information Center of Science and Technology (Japan), Abstract Journals(Russia), and most of the important indexing systems in China.

Awarded and highly cited
The journal was awarded the First Class Prize for Excellent Periodicals of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001 and the Second Class Prize in the National Journal Awards in 2005. In recent years, the journal has consistently been ranked in the top ten Chinese chemical journals as measured by the impact factor and total citations.

All manuscripts with significant research results in the areas of chemical engineering and its application are welcome. Four types of papers appear in the journal: Research Papers, Research Notes, Chemical Engineering Data and Reviews.

Chinese Journal of Traumatology is sponsored and published by the Traumatology branch of Chinese Medical Association. Being a peer-reviewed medical journal, it began publishing in 1998 and is the sole English-language journal concerning wounds and injuries in China. With emphasis on the latest achievements and progress made in China, featured in the combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine, the Journal focuses on all aspects of trauma care and accident surgery among all sources and countries. The scope of the journal covers actually all aspects of wounds and injuries, including brain injuries, chest and abdomen injuries, bone fractures, fire-arm injuries, burns, traffic accident injuries, wound ballistics, impact injuries, etc. The Journal functions as a window into China's traumatic medicine, and serves as a bridge for international academic exchanges. The goal of the Journal is to gear its contents for the reference of the medical workers of the traumatological field and engage in the academic exchanges between the colleagues at home and abroad of the latest achievements, techniques and experience both on basic research and clinical application in traumatology. The sources of the articles are abundant and the contributors are from China and abroad as well. Official organ of the French, Belgian and Swiss Societies for Surgery of the Hand, indexed in the main international databases, “Chirurgie de la main” publishes original articles, reviews of the literature, technical notes, clinical cases in French and in English. Initially platform of French-speaking hand surgeons, it turns more and more to English for a better circulation of the ideas of its authors. The journal also includes a biannual supplement, the monograph of the French Society for Surgery of the Hand, in which are presented the complete developments in the field of surgery of the hand, the peripheral nerves and the upper limb. Cirugía Cardiovascular es el órgano oficial de la Sociedad Española de Cirugía Torácica y Cardiovascular (SECTCV) y actúa como herramienta de expresión de todos los cirujanos torácicos y cardiovasculares de habla hispana. La misión de la Sociedad Española de Cirugía Torácica y Cardiovascular es asegurar la calidad en el ejercicio de las cirugías torácica y cardiovascular mediante la formación, la promoción de la investigación, el desarrollo y difusión de estándares y guías, y su influencia sobre las políticas sanitarias a nivel nacional.

Cirugía Española, es el Órgano Oficial de la Asociación Española de Cirujanos, sociedad científica que engloba a la mayoría de cirujanos generales españoles y de diferentes subespecialidades de la cirugía.

La revista Cirugía y Cirujanos es el órgano de difusión científica de la Academia Mexicana de Cirugía, institución fundada en 1933, órgano consultivo del Gobierno Federal en materia de salud y política social y asesor del Consejo de Salubridad General de México. Su membresía es de 421 destacados profesionistas de 64 especialidades médicas, quirúrgicas y de profesionistas de áreas afines a la salud, lo cual ha contribuido a dar cuerpo, estructura, doctrina, misión, visión y prestigio a la cirugía y a la medicina mexicana en el contexto internacional.

Cirugía y Cirujanos es exponente del desarrollo académico, científico, médico, quirúrgico y tecnológico en materia de salud en México y en el ámbito internacional. The primary aims of the journal are to analyze and assess past and present urban development and management as a reflection of effective, ineffective and non-existent planning policies; and the promotion of the implementation of appropriate urban policies in both the developed and the developing world.

Every year, we also publish a handful of Viewpoints. These are articles that are shorter in nature, summative in their literature review, and offer a particular argument that could potentially generate debates among scholars and practitioners.

Each volume also features one or more City Profiles. Coverage includes a brief description of the city's historical development, an account of contemporary conditions, problems or issues, and a critical review of recent or current policy, planning or management responses.

Ciência & Tecnologia dos Materiais (Science & Technology of Materials) is the official journal of SPM, the Portuguese Society of Materials, for the publication of referred contributions covering both fundamentals of materials science and technological application of engineering materials. The combination of physics, chemistry, and the focus on the relationship between the properties of a material and its microstructure is the domain of Materials Science. The development of this science allowed designing materials and provided a knowledge base for the technological applications. Materials of interest are metals, semiconductors, ceramics, polymers, composites, biomaterials, nanoscale materials, thin films. Properties may be electrical, mechanical, electronic, chemical, magnetic, thermal, optical, or biochemically related. Contributed papers should deal with these aspects, emphasizing new materials, new products and devices, and new technologies. If they are concerned with green growth and sustainable development, they will have priority.
