Composites Part C: Open Access (JCOMC), a sister journal to Composites Part A: Applied Science and Manufacturing, Composites Part B: Engineering, and Composite Structures, is a Gold Open Access journal. The journal publishes high-quality, peer-refereed original research articles and reviews on a broad range of composite materials. All research articles are freely available via the Internet upon publication to maximize the readership. Authors are welcome to submit your work to the most relevant topical section via its dedicated editorial channel.

Composites Science and Technology publishes refereed original articles on the fundamental and applied science of engineering composites. The primary focus of this journal is on polymeric matrix composites with reinforcements/fillers ranging from nano- to macro-scale. CSTE encourages manuscripts reporting unique, innovative contributions to the physics, chemistry, materials science and applied mechanics aspects of advanced composites.Besides traditional fiber reinforced composites, novel composites with significant potential for engineering applications are encouraged. These may include, but are not limited to, nanocomposites, biomedical composites, green/eco composites, energy composites, and composites mimicking natural materials. Manuscripts dealing with multi-scale and multi-functional issues and performance as well as interdisciplinary approaches to the study of new generation composite materials are welcome. Analytical work should be validated. Publication of manuscripts reporting routine processing, synthesis and property characterization are not a priority of CSTE.In order to expedite the handling of submissions, manuscripts will be given a preliminary review prior to the full reviewing process to evaluate their suitability for CSTE. General Review articles as well as Feature articles covering topics of major interests to the readers will be presented at regular intervals, often at the invitation of the Editors. CSTE does not accept short communications or letters. It is the aim of CSTE to play an effective role in the rapid dissemination of research findings in the ever-evolving field of composite materials.

The journal provides a forum for clinicians and investigators of markedly divergent concepts, methods and orientations. Clear, concise reports cover developments in clinical and basic investigations as well as new diagnostic and therapeutic practices. Computational Biology and Chemistry publishes original research papers and review articles in all areas of computational life sciences. High quality research contributions in the areas of nucleic acid and protein sequence research, molecular evolution, molecular genetics (functional genomics and proteomics), theory and practice of either biology-specific or chemical-biology-specific modeling, and structural biology of nucleic acids and proteins are particularly welcome. Exceptionally high quality research work in bioinformatics, systems biology, cybernetics, ecology, environmental sciences, computational pharmacology, metabolism, biomedical engineering, epidemiology, and statistical genetics will also be considered.Review articles will generally be commissioned by the editors and should not be submitted to the journal without explicit invitation. The goal of Computational Materials Science is to report on results that provide new or unique insights into, or significantly expand our understanding of, the properties of materials or phenomena associated with their design, synthesis, processing, characterization, and utilization.Papers that report on modern materials modeling are of interest, including quantum chemical methods, density functional theory, semi-empirical and classical approaches, statistical mechanics, atomic-scale simulations, mesoscale modeling, phase-field techniques, and finite element methods. Not all topics that potentially fall under the category of computational materials science are appropriate for the journal. For example, submissions that focus on the design of components for structural applications, describe electrical behavior in a device, or characterize thermal or mass transport without extensive accompanying input and associated discussion from computational materials science methods of interest are best suited for other specialized journals.Reports of advances in technical methodologies, and the application of computational materials science to guide, interpret, inspire, or otherwise enhance related experimental materials research are of significant interest as long as the computational methods or results are a primary focus of the manuscript. Computational Statistics & Data Analysis (CSDA), the official journal of the International Association of Statistical Computing (IASC), is an international journal dedicated to the dissemination of methodological research and applications in the areas of computational statistics and data analysis. Computational and Structural Biotechnology Journal (CSBJ) is an online journal publishing research articles and reviews after full peer review. All articles are published, without barriers to access, immediately upon acceptance. The journal places a strong emphasis on functional and mechanistic understanding of how molecular components in a biological process work together through the application of computational methods.
