CLSR is looking for papers within the subject area that display good quality legal analysis, new lines of legal thought or policy development that go beyond mere description of Law or policy, however accurate that may be.CLSR publishes refereed academic and practitioner papers on a wide range of legal topics such as Internet law, telecoms regulation, intellectual property, cyber-crime, surveillance and security, e-commerce, outsourcing, data protection, ePrivacy, EU and public sector ICT policy, and many others. All papers are then peer reviewed by relevant experts and feedback is given whether or not a paper is accepted or returned for further work. The development of computer methods for the solution of scientific and engineering problems governed by the laws of mechanics was one of the great scientific and engineering achievements of the second half of the 20th century, with a profound impact on science and technology. This is accomplished through advanced mathematical modeling and numerical solutions reflecting a combination of concepts, methods and principles that are often interdisciplinary in nature and span several areas of mechanics, mathematics, computer science and other scientific disciplines as well.Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering was founded over three decades ago, providing a platform for the publication of papers in this important field of science and engineering. Note that papers which were already published with the same contents or simultaneous submission of the same paper to other journals or conferences will not be considered for publication in our journal and will be immediately rejected.REVIEW PROCEDUREAll submitted papers are processed by the Area Editors on the Editorial Board within their specialized areas. The area editors collect a minimum of two detailed and constructive referee reports and decide about the outcome and inform the authors. The referee reports are fully considered by the Area Editors in selecting the papers for publication. The names of referees are not divulged to the authors. However, the referee reports are provided to the authors to assist them in revising their papers accordingly.

Computer Physics Communications publishes research papers and computer program descriptions in computational physics and physical chemistry: the focus is on computational methods and techniques rather than results. All contributions are peer reviewed. Special issues are published on an occasional basis; enquiries should be directed to a member of the Editorial Board. Some papers describe computer programs that are deposited in the CPC Program Library which, with over 2,000 programs contributed since 1969, is a major computational resource for the community. Computer Science Review intends to fulfil a need in the Computer Science community by publishing research surveys and expository overviews in computer science and related fields. The reviews are aimed at a general computer science audience seeking a full and expert overview of the latest in computer science research.The journal will publish research surveys and expository overviews in computer science. Articles from other fields are welcome, as long as their content is relevant to computer science.Articles should be of sufficient scientific interest and help to advance the fundamental understanding of ongoing research, applied or theoretical, for a general computer science audience. The treatment of each topic should be more than a catalogue of known results. Emphasis should be on clarity and originality of presentation and each survey should add insight to the topic under review.A survey may typically contain the following elements:Introduction (including motivation and historical remarks)Outline of the SurveyBasic concepts, examples and results (with sketches of the proofs)Comments on the relevance of the results, relations to other results and applicationsOpen problemsCritical review of the relevant literatureComprehensive bibliographyAuthors should give a clear and well-balanced treatment of their subject. Expanded versions of primary research papers are generally not acceptable. The optimal length for a paper is considered to be approximately 30 printed pages or about 20,000 words, including tables and diagrams.

Computer Speech & Language publishes reports of original research related to the recognition, understanding, production, coding and mining of speech and language.The speech and language sciences have a long history, but it is only relatively recently that large-scale implementation of and experimentation with complex models of speech and language processing has become feasible. Types of Papers:

Application papers: will describe complex and pioneering applications of CAD concepts, methods and tools in practice, present significant results that extend the disciplinary knowledge and/or analyze the application in a way that is likely to stimulate and influence further research.

Survey papers: will critically analyze the current state of knowledge in a given field of CAD, summarize and organize recent research results in a novel way, derive new insights and add understanding to working in the field, and propose possible topics, orientations and approaches for future research and development.

Technical notes: will respond to material published in the journal or closely related topics, repair a flaw in the definition and approach or stimulate further thinking, or provide additional technical details on a CAD theory, technology, methodology, product or application.

The purpose of the journal Computerized Medical Imaging and Graphics is to act as a source for the exchange of information concerning the medical use of new developments in imaging diagnosis, intervention, and follow up.
