ACS Food Science & Technology is an international forum for cutting-edge original research in all areas of food science, technology, engineering, and nutrition.

This interdisciplinary journal is focused on reports of new research related to characterization, development, processing, and safety of foods, as well as food waste and byproducts as sources of food additives. The journal encourages submissions across all areas of fundamental and applied research in food sciences, with a special emphasis on topics including, but not limited to, areas of:

• Food security: Food science and microbiology; food toxicology and chemical food safety; nutrition; novel foods.

Advances in Nutrition (AN/Adv Nutr) publishes literature reviews focused on key findings and recent research in all areas of interest to nutritional scientists and biomedical researchers. This would include nutrition-related research efforts directed toward biochemical, molecular, and genetic studies utilizing experimental animal models, domestic animals and human subjects. The other major foci of the journal are in the clinical nutrition, epidemiology and public health and nutrition education. Agribusiness: An International Journal publishes research that improves our understanding of how food systems work, how they are evolving, and how public and/or private actions affect the performance of the global agro-industrial complex. The journal focuses on the application of economic analysis to the organization and performance of firms and markets in industrial food systems. Subject matter areas include supply and demand analysis, industrial organization analysis, price and trade analysis, marketing, finance, and public policy analysis. International, cross-country comparative, and within-country studies are welcome. To facilitate research the journal's Forum section, on an intermittent basis, offers commentary and reports on business policy issues.

The Professional Animal Scientist (PAS) is an international, peer-reviewed scientific journal and the official publication of the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS). The purpose of ARPAS is to provide certification of professional status for qualified members of the society, to strengthen animal sciences among the professions, and to promote animal sciences and the work of animal scientists. Continual education is required of all certified professionals to keep abreast of rapidly changing technology in their fields.

In continuous publication since 1985, PAS is a leading outlet for animal science research.
