Journal of Applied Mechanics and Technical Physics presents top-level work in fluid mechanics and applied physics. The Journal of Biorheology, the official journal of the Japanese Society of Biorheology, is an international journal covering the science and application of the deformation and flow properties of biological materials, including food materials.
