Journal of Scientific Computing is an international interdisciplinary forum for the publication of papers on state-of-the-art developments in scientific computing and its applications in science and engineering.
The journal publishes high-quality, peer-reviewed original papers, review papers and short communications on scientific computing.
Journal of Sensor and Actuator Networks (ISSN 2224-2708) is an international open access journal on the science and technology of sensor and actuator networks. It publishes regular research papers, reviews (including comprehensive reviews on complete sensor and actuator networks), and short communications. Our aim is to encourage scientists to publish their experimental and theoretical results in as much detail as possible. There is no restriction on the length of the papers. The full experimental details must be provided so that the results can be reproduced. There are, in addition, unique features of this journal: Manuscripts regarding research proposals and research ideas will be particularly welcomed. Electronic files and software regarding the full details of the calculation and experimental procedure, if unable to be published in a normal way, can be deposited as supplementary material.
The Journal of Signal Processing Systems publishes research, survey and short papers on the design and implementation of signal processing systems, with or without VLSI circuits. Readers will find a wide range of topics covered within the subject areas of system design and implementation, algorithms, architectures, and applications. In addition to original, peer reviewed content, the journal features high quality workshop, symposium, and conference papers with an emphasis on system design. The Journal of Signal Processing Systems now accepts short papers for publication. Short papers in the Journal of Signal Processing Systems are intended for rapid dissemination of research contributions of significant novelty and quality, e.g., as an alternative to publication in high-quality conferences.
Journal of Statistical Computation and Simulation publishes significant and original work in areas of statistics which are related to or dependent upon the computer.Fields covered include computer algorithms related to probability or statistics, studies in statistical inference by means of simulation techniques, and implementation of interactive statistical systems.2009 5-year Impact Factor: 0.517169; 2010 Thomson Reuters, 2009 Journal Citation Reports174; All published research articles in this journal have undergone rigorous peer review, based on initial editor screening and anonymous refereeing by independent expert referees.DisclaimerTaylor & Francis makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of all the information (the 8220;Content8221;) contained in its publications. Journal of Statistical Mechanics: Theory and Experiment (JSTAT) covers all aspects of statistical physics, including experimental work that impacts on the subject.
The Journal of Statistical Physics publishes original papers, review papers, and book reviews in all areas of statistical physics as well as in related fields concerned with collective phenomena in physical systems. The Journal is among the top 20% of all STM journals for the number of cites as listed in the Journals Citation Report.
The Journal of Statistical Planning and Inference offers itself as a multifaceted and all-inclusive bridge between classical aspects of statistics and probability, and the emerging interdisciplinary aspects that have a potential of revolutionizing the subject. While we maintain our traditional strength in statistical inference, design, classical probability, and large sample methods, we also have a far more inclusive and broadened scope to keep up with the new problems that confront us as statisticians, mathematicians, and scientists. We publish high quality articles in all branches of statistics, probability, discrete mathematics, machine learning, and bioinformatics. We also especially welcome well written and up to date review articles on fundamental themes of statistics, probability, machine learning, and general biostatistics. Thoughtful letters to the editors, interesting problems in need of a solution, and short notes carrying an element of elegance or beauty are equally welcome. We want to serve as the broadest international platform for high quality research on every aspect of our field, traditional and cutting edge. The quality and the breadth of our editorial board reflects that singular priority.
Since 1960, IUPAC has made available to chemists everywhere a large amount of important chemical information published in the journal .
The Journal of Statistics & Management Systems is a refereed journal following two-referee system which is currently being published in one volume per year of six issues in the months of January, March, May, July, September and November along with the Online version.
Original research papers, survey articles, book reviews, dissertation abstracts etc. devoted to all theoretical and applicable topics in Statistics, Management System and related areas are considered for publication in this journal.
This journal offers optional funded open access. We welcome contributions related to analytical, experimental, and numerical techniques for the analysis and/or measurement of stress and/or strain, or studies of relevant material properties and failure modes. Our international Editorial Board contains experts in all of these fields and is keen to encourage papers on novel techniques and innovative applications.".
The Journal of Supercomputing pubishes papers on the technology, architecture and systems, algorithms, languages and programs, performance measures and methods, and applications of all aspects of Supercomputing. Tutorial and survey papers are intended for workers and students in the fields associated with and employing advanced computer systems. The journal also publishes letters to the editor, especially in areas relating to policy, succinct statements of paradoxes, intuitively puzzling results, partial results and real needs.Published theoretical and practical papers are advanced, in-depth treatments describing new developments and new ideas. Each includes an introduction summarizing prior, directly pertinent work that is useful for the reader to understand, in order to appreciate the advances being described.Â
An international journal, the Journal of Symbolic Computation, founded by Bruno Buchberger in 1985, is directed to mathematicians and computer scientists who have a particular interest in symbolic computation. The journal provides a forum for research in the algorithmic treatment of all types of symbolic objects: objects in formal languages (terms, formulas, programs); algebraic objects (elements in basic number domains, polynomials, residue classes, etc.); and geometrical objects. It is the explicit goal of the journal to promote the integration of symbolic computation by establishing one common avenue of communication for researchers working in the different subareas. It is also important that the algorithmic achievements of these areas should be made available to the human problem-solver in integrated software systems for symbolic computation. To help this integration, the journal publishes invited tutorial surveys as well as Applications Letters and System Descriptions.Research Areas Include:• Computational algebra• Computational geometry (non-linear)• Automated theorem proving• Automatic programming• Design and implementation of symbolic computation languages and systems• Applications in education, science, engineering and industryBenefits to authorsWe also provide many author benefits, such as free PDFs, a liberal copyright policy, special discounts on Elsevier publications and much more.
