The Journal of Signal Processing Systems publishes research, survey and short papers on the design and implementation of signal processing systems, with or without VLSI circuits. Readers will find a wide range of topics covered within the subject areas of system design and implementation, algorithms, architectures, and applications. In addition to original, peer reviewed content, the journal features high quality workshop, symposium, and conference papers with an emphasis on system design. The Journal of Signal Processing Systems now accepts short papers for publication. Short papers in the Journal of Signal Processing Systems are intended for rapid dissemination of research contributions of significant novelty and quality, e.g., as an alternative to publication in high-quality conferences.

The Journal of Supercomputing pubishes papers on the technology, architecture and systems, algorithms, languages and programs, performance measures and methods, and applications of all aspects of Supercomputing. Tutorial and survey papers are intended for workers and students in the fields associated with and employing advanced computer systems. The journal also publishes letters to the editor, especially in areas relating to policy, succinct statements of paradoxes, intuitively puzzling results, partial results and real needs.Published theoretical and practical papers are advanced, in-depth treatments describing new developments and new ideas. Each includes an introduction summarizing prior, directly pertinent work that is useful for the reader to understand, in order to appreciate the advances being described.

Logical Methods in Computer Science is a fully refereed, open access, free, electronic journal. It welcomes papers on theoretical and practical areas in computer science involving logical methods, taken in a broad sense; some particular areas within its scope are listed below. Papers are refereed in the traditional way, with two or more referees per paper. Copyright is retained by the author.Full-text access to all papers is freely available. No registration or subscription is required, and a free email notification service is available.Papers can be submitted electronically either as ps-files or as pdf-files. On acceptance, authors are asked to provide a source tex file as specified in the Information for Authors. Even though the Journal is divided into volumes for convenience, papers are published on the internet as soon as they are accepted for publication. Mathematical Programming Computation (MPC) publishes original research articles covering computational issues in mathematical programming. Articles report on innovative software, comparative tests, modeling environments, libraries of data, and/or applications. A main feature of the journal is the inclusion of accompanying software and data with submitted manuscripts. The journal's review process includes the evaluation and testing of the accompanying software. Where possible, the review will aim for verification of reported computational results. Topics covered in MPC include linear programming, convex optimization, nonlinear optimization, stochastic optimization, robust optimization, integer programming, combinatorial optimization, global optimization, network algorithms, and modeling languages.

RAIRO-Operations Research is an international journal devoted to high-level pure and applied research on all aspects of operations research. All papers published in RAIRO-Operations Research are critically refereed according to international standards. Any paper will either be accepted (possibly with minor revisions) either submitted to another evaluation (after a major revision) or rejected. Every effort will be made by the Editorial Board to ensure a quick turnaround to all papers submitted to the journal. Articles may be written in English or in French.

The SIAM Journal on Optimization contains research articles on the theory and practice of optimization. The areas addressed include linear and quadratic programming, convex programming, nonlinear programming, complementarity problems, stochastic optimization, combinatorial optimization, integer programming, and convex, nonsmooth and variational analysis. Expository Research Papers contains research papers in applied mathematics and scientific computation that have appeal to a broad audience and feature a high quality of exposition. SIGEST highlights a recent paper from one of SIAM's eleven specialized research journals, chosen on the basis of exceptional interest to the entire SIAM community and revised and condensed as needed for greater accessibility. Education consists primarily of individual modules that are self-contained presentations of specific topics in applied mathematics, scientific computation, or their applications; each module provides the primary material needed to teach a given topic as well as supplementary material.
