Adhoc & Sensor Wireless Networks seeks to provide an opportunity for researchers from computer science, engineering and mathematical backgrounds to disseminate and exchange knowledge in the rapidly emerging field of ad hoc and sensor wireless networks. It will comprehensively cover physical, data link, network and transport layers, as well as application, security, simulation and power management issues in sensor, local area, satellite, vehicular, personal, and mobile ad hoc networks.The main focus of the journal is to publish original contributions, including regular papers, short papers, research notes and communications, review and survey papers. In order to provide timely dissemination of ideas whose evaluation may require significant time and impose publication delays, one of the unique features of this journal is to allow authors the publication of promising concepts and algorithms with either partial or without prior experimental evaluation.

Animal Biotelemetry is an open access peer-reviewed journal that publishes the results of studies utilizing telemetric techniques (including biologgers) to understand physiological, behavioural, and ecological mechanisms in a broad range of environments (e.g. terrestrial, freshwater and marine) and taxa. The journal also welcomes descriptions and validations of newley developed tagging techniques and tracking technologies, as well as methods for analyzing telemetric data.

Applied Sciences (ISSN 2076-3417) provides an advanced forum on all aspects of applied natural sciences. It publishes reviews, research papers and communications. Experimental Heat Transfer provides a forum for experimentally based high quality research articles and communications in the general area of heat-mass transfer and the related fluid dynamics. In addition to the established multifaceted areas of thermal energy conversion and transport that are intimately connected to heat transfer related research, the journal also communicates contributions from new and emerging areas of research such as micro- and nanoscale science and technology, life sciences and biomedical engineering, manufacturing processes, materials science, and engineering. In all of these areas heat transfer plays an important role, in particular, in the form of innovative experiments and systems for direct measurements and analysis, as well as to verify or complement theoretical models. All contributions to the journal add to the knowledge base in heat transfer from the standpoint of fundamentals or applications. All papers are thoroughly peer refereed. Flow Measurement and Instrumentation is dedicated to disseminating the latest research results on all aspects of flow measurement, in both closed conduits and open channels. The design of flow measurement systems involves a wide variety of multidisciplinary activities including modelling the flow sensor, the fluid flow and the sensor/fluid interactions through the use of computation techniques; the development of advanced transducer systems and their associated signal processing and the laboratory and field assessment of the overall system under ideal and disturbed conditions.FMI is the essential forum for critical information exchange, and contributions are particularly encouraged in the following areas of interest:Modelling: the application of mathematical and computational modelling to the interaction of fluid dynamics with flowmeters, including flowmeter behaviour, improved flowmeter design and installation problems. Application of CAD/CAE techniques to flowmeter modelling are eligible.Design and development: the detailed design of the flowmeter head and/or signal processing aspects of novel flowmeters. Emphasis is given to papers identifying new sensor configurations, multisensor flow measurement systems, non-intrusive flow metering techniques and the application of microelectronic techniques in smart or intelligent systems.Calibration techniques: including descriptions of new or existing calibration facilities and techniques, calibration data from different flowmeter types, and calibration intercomparison data from different laboratories.Installation effect data: dealing with the effects of non-ideal flow conditions on flowmeters.
